One link. No more chasing PAN cards over WhatsApp.

Every ITR season runs on the same ritual: a WhatsApp broadcast asking for PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16, bank statements — followed by three weeks of individual follow-ups, blurry photos of documents, and someone's PAN card arriving as a screenshot of a screenshot. Audit Suite replaces the ritual with one link. Send it once; documents and details land directly in your dashboard, validated before they even reach you.

How it works

STEP 1
Get your firm's link
One shareable link per firm, generated automatically. Broadcast it on WhatsApp, email, or paste it into your client group — once per season, not once per client.
STEP 2
Client fills it in
Name, mobile, email, PAN, Aadhaar (optional), IT portal password (optional), and notes — in English or Telugu, on their own phone, no login required.
STEP 3
Documents upload + validate
Up to 10 files, PDF/image/Excel/Word/CSV/ZIP. PAN and Aadhaar are checked for real, valid structure before submission is even allowed.
STEP 4
You review + download
Every submission appears in a review box pinned to your dashboard. Open it, check the details, download everything as one ZIP.

What the client sees

A clean, mobile-first form — not an email attachment they have to remember to compress, not a shared drive folder they need permissions for. The form validates as they type: an invalid PAN structure or a mistyped Aadhaar digit gets flagged immediately, in their own language, before it ever reaches your desk as a data-entry problem.

What you see

Submissions land in an operator dashboard, not your inbox. Each one shows client details, validated PAN/Aadhaar, and every file the client uploaded — reviewable and downloadable individually or as a single ZIP archive. Mark a submission complete once you've pulled everything into the client's engagement file, and it drops out of your pending queue.

Built to handle the season, not just one client

Rate-limited and validated at the door

The public link is deliberately hardened — rate-limited per device, every uploaded file checked against its actual content (not just its file extension), and the link can be regenerated instantly if it's ever shared somewhere it shouldn't be.

Token-gated link — no public directory 3 submissions / minute, 20 / day per device File-content validated, not just extension-checked AES-256-GCM encrypted portal password Regenerate link anytime — old one dies instantly Every submission logged to your audit trail

FAQ

Does the client need to create an account or log in?
No. You share one link per firm (or regenerate it any time). The client opens it, fills in their details, uploads documents, and submits — no signup, no password to remember, no app to download. It works the same on a client's phone as on a desktop.
Is the link available in Telugu as well as English?
Yes. The form has a one-tap language toggle between English and Telugu, so clients who are more comfortable filling forms in Telugu are not left guessing at English tax terminology. More languages can be added on request.
How is the PAN and Aadhaar validated?
PAN is checked against the real structural format — five letters, four digits, one letter — including validating that the fourth letter is a genuine holder-type code (P for individual, H for HUF, C for company, and so on). Aadhaar is validated using the actual Verhoeff checksum algorithm the UIDAI uses, which catches a mistyped digit or two swapped digits before the client ever submits, instead of you discovering it days later.
Is it safe to collect the IT e-filing portal password this way?
The password field is optional — clients can tick "I don't remember my password" instead, which flags it for you to reset with them over a call. If they do enter it, it's encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it touches the database and is never shown in the submissions list — only staff with permission can view it on the individual submission's detail page, and every view is logged.
What file types can clients upload, and how many?
Up to 10 files per submission, 100 MB each — PDF, JPG, PNG, Excel (.xls/.xlsx), Word (.doc/.docx), CSV, or ZIP. Every file is checked against its actual content, not just its file extension, so a mislabelled or corrupted file gets caught before it lands in your working folder.
Is this included in every plan?
Yes — ITR document intake is a core feature on every plan, Starter through Enterprise. There's no per-submission fee and no separate add-on to buy.
